We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Technician to join our team in Bedford.

The role involves working as part of a multi-skilled team to build, assemble, test, and develop high-precision special-purpose machinery and test equipment.

Additionally, this role will require international travel to customer sites for machinery installations, upgrades, and service support.

Work on new machinery builds and R&D projects, liaising with the project team on a technical level.

~ Complete visit and site reports during regular site visits, assisting with commissioning, set up, and error correction of ultra-precision machine tools.

~ Collaborate with internal teams to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards and within specified timelines.

Engineering qualification such as HNC/HND, C&G, BTEC, or higher in Mechanical Engineering.

~ Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.

~ Willingness to travel internationally for customer site visits.
