We are currently recruiting for a Host/ Hostess for our 5 Star, The Edwardian Manchester, a Radisson Collection Hotel and destination restaurant Peter Street Kitchen Restaurant.

Overview:

An amazing opportunity to join our 5 Star The Edwardian Manchester Hotel and destination restaurant Peter Street Kitchen as a Host/ Hostess.
As a Host/Hostess you will be responsible for supporting the team and operation with restaurant reservations and table allocations, ensuring the service and operation remains seamless.
The role will involve dealing with VIP bookings and special requests.
Assisting with training for new team members and ensuring a high level of service and attention to detail is delivered at all times.

About You:

Previous experience of working in a highend food led operation is essential ideally as Host/Hostess.
Be able to demonstrate excellent, attention to detail and customer service skills.
Impeccable command of the English language both written and spoken.
Passion for food and beverage and keeping up to date with latest food trends.
