THE ROLEThe successful Head of Analytics & Insights responsibilities will include:
Formulate and execute a robust data strategy, ensuring that data insights are pivotal in steering organisational decisionsForge and lead a proficient data and analytics team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous growthCollaborate with product development, marketing, and sales integrating data-driven insights into product improvements, marketing endeavours, and business strategiesImplement KPI's to understand the performance of platform, products, and initiatives' efficacyEnsure tight alignment between the Product Analyst and the Product team, pinpointing avenues for further product optimisationDevelop predictive models and forecasting tools to anticipate forthcoming trends and user behaviourYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEThe successful Head of Analytics & Insights will have the following skills and experience:Commercial experience with SQL, GA4 & Power BIBackground in Customer/Marketing/Digital AnalyticsBackground in line managementAbility to influence stakeholdersTHE BENEFITSThe successful Head of Analytics & Insights will receive a salary of up to 80,000, plus an array of additional benefits
