    As a Property Manager, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of approximately 100 properties, ensuring efficient proper management services.

    Key Responsibilities:
    Oversee a diverse portfolio comprising approximately 100 properties, ensuring comprehensive and efficient property management across all facets.

    Foster effective communication and collaboration with landlords, tenants, contractors, and advisors to facilitate seamless coordination of maintenance activities, inspections, and tenancy agreements.

    Act with responsiveness and professionalism in addressing concerns and inquiries from landlords and tenants, delivering expert guidance and assistance.

    Stay abreast of evolving legal landscapes, adeptly adjusting business terms and agreements to remain compliant and aligned with regulatory requirements.

    Maintain meticulous databases, effectively manage key systems, streamline invoice processing, and uphold adherence to company standards and industry best practices.

    Offer personalised support to landlords and tenants, adeptly managing spontaneous inquiries and assignments as they arise.


    Requirements:
    Proven experience as a Property Manager or similar role.
    Strong knowledge of property management principles and best practices.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently under pressure.
    Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
    Proficiency in property management software and MS Office Suite.
    Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
    Bachelor's degree in Property Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
