Description

Our client is one of the UK's leading express freight business's, they are currently looking for a Night Manager for their depot in Hoddesdon.


Reporting to the Depot General Manager, you will be fully responsible for the depot night operation, working from 00.00 hrs till 09.00 Monday Night to Saturday morning.


You will be responsible for managing the night team in processing incoming freight ready for distribution via the depots delivery vehicles the following day.


As part of your role you will manage all welfare and discipline matters and also include training and development of your team.


We are looking for an individual who has worked in express distribution/logistics and used to managing teams in a busy environment, they will be a dynamic individual with strong communication skills who are looking to make a difference.
