Estate / Property Manager Job - Nr Chester, Cheshire - start ASAP - Live in or Live out - £65,000+ depending on experience + accommodation Our client is looking for an experienced and hands on multi-skilled Estate / Property Manager to look after a large private estate near Chester.

The ideal candidate will have proven practical knowledge and experience in all aspects property and facilities management and who can project manage, work under their own initiative and be proactive in their approach to the role.

You will be overseeing a small team including interior and exterior staff and you will be their main point of contact while reporting directly to the property owners.

You will be based at estate office in Cheshire but will also occasionally be required to oversee and visit other properties in their portfolio both in the UK and overseas.

You will need to be hands on, out and about and not expecting to be office based all of the time.

Project Management of ongoing and planned renovation and building works onsite
Be the main link to tenants to 20+ estate properties
Manage and oversee contractors and trades onsite
Carrying out site inspections with visiting trades while having a good working knowledge of property maintenance
Oversee property maintenance and facility servicing
Travel to other properties owned by the client to monitor and manage any maintenance
This will be a full-time role and accommodation onsite can be offered as part of the package if required
