    The Role: Interview Specialist

    We have an exciting new opportunity for our client who is one of the world's largest manufacturers of aerostructures for commercial airplanes, defense platforms, and business/regional jets.

    For our RPO team, we need someone that wants to grow within an international business, speaks fluent English, and has the capability to work onsite in Belfast, UK.

    As our teams are growing, we will welcome those who are open to long – term cooperation and challenging interviewing activities among EMEA candidates.

    Working in the role you will be required to:

    • Function as an HR Representative as a member of the interview panel to govern the interview process for equality, diversity, inclusion, and the internal process.
    • Create and print interview packets and setup interviews rooms.
    • Provide interview introductions and formalize the interviews by asking questions along with Hiring Manager.
    • Capture candidate answers by writing out and taking interview notes.
    • Collaborate and guide the Hiring Managers' for scoring each candidate against a scoring matrix to ensure consistency and equality.
    • Collate interview scores and apply weighting factors.
    • Fill out scoring grid and ranking, and send scores to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Hiring Managers
    • Provide notes to Hiring Manager after completion of interview.
    • Suggest process improvements concerning all aspect of the interview process – we are always looking for ideas how to be better

    To be successful in this position you will have:

    • Previous recruitment or human resources experience and knowledge of interviewing best practices.
    • Experience in the Aerospace Manufacturing industry would be an advantage but not essential.
    • Ability to build rapport with candidates, understand their motivations and create a positive interview experience.
    • Adaptability to adjust interview techniques and strategies based on the requirements of different job roles, industries, and organizational cultures.
    • Organization and Time Management in managing multiple interviews and adhering to deadlines.
    • Ability to collaborate with hiring managers, HR colleagues, and other stakeholders to align on job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring decisions.
    • High level of attention to detail.
    • Ability to work in fast – paced environment and conduct back-to-back interviews daily.
    • Excellent communication skills both written and oral.
