    Supply Chain Assistant

    Location: North London

    Hybrid 3 days/week in the office

    This is a great opportunity for someone with supply chain experience to join a premium food business. Our client is passionate about developing high quality and innovative food products and are going through a period of growth.

    In this role, you will help manage supplier relationships, demand and supply planning, stock and systems. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring the seamless flow of products through the supply chain. You will need to maintain relationships with internal stakeholders so communication and Team work is key.

    As a Supply Chain Assistant, you will play an integral part in providing administrative and operational support to the supply chain team.

    Your Responsibilities

    Stock Systems:

    • Manage the Streetwise software and ensure products are uploaded onto the tills and web based platform accurately.
    • Ensure all stock and POS systems work seamlessly and with total integration on all platforms
    • Ensure the system is being updated regularly with software updates
    • Ensure the system is updated with product cost, SKU's and new products

    Production:

    Help create production and supply plans to ensure consumer demands are fulfilled.

    Help to Forecast demand levels and identify optimal products and suppliers.

    Stock Management

    Manage the inventory levels across various locations and conduct regular reconciliations.

    Work on master data maintenance for new products in the stock system

    • Help with stocks takes and assistant store managers when needed
    • Create report for Supply Chain Manager on total month end stock position and highlight any discrepancies between system and physical counts
    • Input sales orders, arrange delivery slots and produce relevant paperwork for deliveries, liaise with warehouse partners to ensure deliveries are made on time.

    Admin

    Help raising issue and checking customer orders

    Produce monthly supply chain KPI's

    Train users where needed

    Manage day to day communications with suppliers and place purchase orders and expedite them to ensure they are delivered on time.
