About the team
The Talent Acquisition team provides the tools and knowledge to support our business in hiring great people.

We work closely with our hiring community and business partners to understand business needs and deliver compelling attraction and engagement activities to encourage a wide and diverse audience to consider joining us.

Working with a range of systems, processes, and suppliers, we help deliver a fair recruitment experience which reflects best practices and helps those we engage to learn more about who we are.

We're based all over Europe with specialist teams placing focus across our Retail, Distribution, Head Office and Early Careers requirements, working closely with our in-country business partners and adapting our approach to ensure we deliver.

About the role

As Seinor Talent Acquisition Specialist you'll be partnering with a number of corporate functions across our European Head Office in Watford, helping us attract the best talent from the market.

Reporting into one of our Talent Acquisition Managers for Corporate Functions, you'll constantly look for innovative ways to identify, attract and assess amazing talent and deliver a great service to the business, build strong relationships across our international organisation to drive best practice as well as support us in delivering our talent acquisition strategy in line with business requirements and the HR / TA strategy.

About you

We're working on a hybrid basis, with emphasis on being in the office in our amazing Forever Home Campus in Watford.

You can expect to be onsite at least 3 days a week.
