- Leading a small offshore technical team for day-to-day IAM operations support
- Providing operational support for SailPoint IIQ solution
- Supporting existing JML custom workflows for SailPoint IIQ automation
- Handling troubleshooting issues, including P1 & P2 issues
- Managing new application integrations
- Performing SailPoint clean-ups and maintenance activities
- Providing team training on advanced topics and clear documentation
- Representing the IAM team in meetings with stakeholders
- Reporting from SailPoint IIQ
- 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
- 3-5 years hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience
- Technical skills: Java, Beanshell, SQL, scripting
- Experience with SailPoint components: custom workflows, connectors, SASS onboarding
- Operational expertise: change/release management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis
- Understanding of IAM governance, security policies, certification campaigns
- Background in consulting for multiple international clients
- Ability to lead a team, provide training, and document processes
- Strong communication skills to interact with audit, stakeholders, and represent IAM
- Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, disaster recovery
