    Salary: £75,000 + Bonus

    Location: London, Hybrid - Office attendance 2-3 days per week

    The role involves leading a small offshore technical team, providing operational IAM support for the business.

    The team is responsible for ensuring smooth functionality of SailPoint IIQ, including supporting custom workflows, handling troubleshooting issues, managing application integrations, and performing necessary clean-ups and maintenance activities.

    Responsibilities:

    • Leading a small offshore technical team for day-to-day IAM operations support
    • Providing operational support for SailPoint IIQ solution
    • Supporting existing JML custom workflows for SailPoint IIQ automation
    • Handling troubleshooting issues, including P1 & P2 issues
    • Managing new application integrations
    • Performing SailPoint clean-ups and maintenance activities
    • Providing team training on advanced topics and clear documentation
    • Representing the IAM team in meetings with stakeholders
    • Reporting from SailPoint IIQ
    Requirements:
    • 5+ years experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM)
    • 3-5 years hands-on SailPoint IIQ experience
    • Technical skills: Java, Beanshell, SQL, scripting
    • Experience with SailPoint components: custom workflows, connectors, SASS onboarding
    • Operational expertise: change/release management, troubleshooting, root cause analysis
    • Understanding of IAM governance, security policies, certification campaigns
    • Background in consulting for multiple international clients
    • Ability to lead a team, provide training, and document processes
    • Strong communication skills to interact with audit, stakeholders, and represent IAM
    • Experience with MSSQL, MySQL, disaster recovery
