    As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented and innovative Content Manager to join our dynamic team.

    Location:
    Hybrid – office based in Blackpole, Worcestershire 3 days per week

    As the Content Manager for Cytoplan, you will be responsible for owning the content strategy implementation and workstreams, managing and optimising a wide array of content to engage our audience and promote our brand across digital and traditional platforms.

    Your role will be crucial in driving our content marketing strategy, enhancing our online presence, and supporting our sales and marketing goals.

    With the Head of Marketing developing and implementing a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals and brand identity.

    Devise and brief high-quality, engaging content for various platforms including our website, social media channels, email campaigns, and traditional marketing materials such as brochures and flyers.

    Understand and develop our content pillars and key messaging, ensuring the consistency and clarity is upheld throughout our channels.

    Have a clear product/category optimisation plan, agreed with product and ecommerce teams to ensure website content is developed and updated in a timely and most optimised manner.

    Own the non product content strategy, developing new processes and plans for how key topics are communicated, ie blog content.

    Clearly communicate and differentiate between brand and product messaging.

    Collaborate with the marketing, product, and sales teams to create content that supports product launches, promotions, and other marketing initiatives.

    Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of content across all channels.
    Oversee and edit content produced by team members and freelance contributors to ensure consistency and quality.

    Use SEO research and apply best practices to content creation to increase visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms.

    Analyse content performance metrics and use insights to optimize future content strategies and campaigns.
    Support content development and strategies into new media channels.

    Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in content marketing to keep our content fresh and relevant.

    Develop direct reports training and knowledge in marketing and content.
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field.

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in content creation, management, and strategy, preferably in the health, wellness, or supplements industry.

    Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
    Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, social media, and digital marketing strategies.

    Ideally have knowledge of content management systems (CMS) and analytics tools (e.g., Creative and strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex information into compelling content.

    Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
    45-50K plus discretionary bonus
