The Team

The Role
Ø Implementing and optimizing Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems for integrated business functions such as supply chain, inventory control, and customer relations in the lubricants industry.
Ø Expertise in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) for managing production schedules, quality control, and optimizing manufacturing processes for lubricants.
Ø Proficient in Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) to ensure product quality and compliance in the lubricants industry.
Ø Developing and managing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Systems for effective client interactions, sales management, and customer service.
Ø Streamlining Supply Chain Management (SCM) systems for efficient inventory management and logistics in the lubricants industry.
Ø Utilizing Data Analytics and Business Intelligence (BI) Tools for market analysis, operational efficiency, and strategic decision-making.
Ø Leading Research and Development (R&D) initiatives using specialized software for the formulation and testing of new lubricant products.
Ø Ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and safety standards through Environmental Compliance and Safety Management Systems.
Ø Implementing Internet of Things (IoT) technology and sensors for real-time equipment monitoring, predictive maintenance, and manufacturing process efficiency.
Ø Strengthening cybersecurity measures to protect sensitive data and industrial control systems in the lubricants industry.
Requirements
We are looking for a Principal with Energy Industry knowledge and experience in:
Ø Extensive experience in implementing and optimizing ERP, MES, LIMS, CRM, SCM, and other related systems in the lubricants industry.
Ø Proven track record in leveraging Data Analytics, BI Tools, and R&D software for innovation and improvement in lubricants manufacturing.
Ø Expertise in environmental compliance, safety management, IoT applications, and cybersecurity in the industrial context.
Ø Strong skills in project management, strategic planning, and client relationship management.
Ø Ability to lead teams, foster innovation, and drive continuous improvement in a manufacturing environment.
