Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to cover Maternity Leave, up to a period of 12 months.

The role will be to start January 2023.

The role will be to cover all aspects of the Quality Administration department, and will include the following duties & responsibilities:

  • Management of Customer CofA's and CofC's
  • Customer questionnaires / information requests
  • Manage customer complaints
  • Maintain product specs
  • Manage supplier complaints
  • Control product non conformity reports
  • Monitor monthly KPI's and stats
  • Manage unassigned actions and review
  • Involvement in auditing documentation

Requirements:


  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Good IT & administrative skills
  • Own transport needed due to the location of the company

Job Type:
Temporary contract


Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
