Description
Our client, based in Washington, is looking for a Business Support Administrator to cover Maternity Leave, up to a period of 12 months.
The role will be to start January 2023.The role will be to cover all aspects of the Quality Administration department, and will include the following duties & responsibilities:
- Management of Customer CofA's and CofC's
- Customer questionnaires / information requests
- Manage customer complaints
- Maintain product specs
- Manage supplier complaints
- Control product non conformity reports
- Monitor monthly KPI's and stats
- Manage unassigned actions and review
- Involvement in auditing documentation
Requirements:
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Good IT & administrative skills
- Own transport needed due to the location of the company
Job Type:
Temporary contract
Salary:
£23,000.00 per year
