- Prospecting and generating new business for a wide range of specialist engineering services including plasma cutting, CNC flame/gas cutting, bevelling, grinding, machining and shot blasting
- Developing and maintaining new and existing client relationships
- Conducting sales presentations, preparing tender and negotiating deals with customers
- Arranging meetings and travelling to see prospective clients
- Meeting defined sales targets agreed
- Proven track record in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills are a must
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships and manage accounts effectively
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve agreed sales targets
- Experience in the engineering / manufacturing industry is beneficial
- Efficient time management and prioritisation skills
- Full UK Driving Licence

£40,000 - £45,000 per annum basic salary + Company Car/Allowance & Commission
