What will my responsibilities and duties be?
You will be working within the Operations department, a friendly team of colleagues who cover a variety of tasks.

  • Provide accurate information on company products (tracking devices, vehicle alarms)
  • Serve as a first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance.
  • Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
  • Determine the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
  • Walk the customer through the problemsolving process.
  • Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
  • Record events and problems and their resolution via our internal system.
  • Followup and update customer status and information.
  • Maintain regular contact with clients
  • Courtesy calls.
  • Set up subscriptions and take payment
  • Any other tasks determined by management

What we're looking for?

  • Computer literate comfortable using basics such as Microsoft office (not essential as training can be provided).
  • Forward thinking, disciplined and selfmotivated
  • Positive and flexible attitude that focuses on solutions
  • Previous customer service experience
