An International Sports Spectator company based in London are looking for a Finance Assistant to join their team.

Reporting into the Finance Manager and and working closely with the Finance Director and wider team. The Finance Assistant will be responsible for performing all accounting and financial reporting activities for the company. You will play an integral role in developing the finance function as the business enters an exciting period of growth and evolution, with opportunity to expand the role.

Your duties will include but are not limited to:

Assistance with preparation of monthly management accounts

Month-end procedures including balance sheet reconciliations

Tracing and reconciling bank statements

Monthly financial reporting to global finance team

Maintain purchase ledger, sales ledger and bookkeeping

Payroll processing including liaising with outsourced payroll provider

Assistance with annual audit process & corporation tax compliance process

Assistance with preparation of annual budget and quarterly group cashflow forecast process

This role will suit somebody who has had previous experience in a similar role, you will be actively studying towards ACCA/CIMA with the desire to eventually qualify.
