JOB SUMMARY:

  • Salary: £ £28000 per annumREF: 3899Our client, a growing organisation in the electric vehicle industry based in Marlow, is looking for a Customer Experience Advisor to join their team.
The purpose of this role is to delivery industry leading customer experience and advice for their customers. The role will balance digital customer experience with personal customer interaction.

The role will be varied and will include first line of contact for all internal communications, initial renewal engagement and expert understanding of existing products.

Our client is offering a salary of between £25k and £28k plus flexible hybrid working and fantastic benefits.

Experience in the automotive industry would be an advantage.

Duties include

  • Provide charging and vehicle capability advice to customer where possible
  • Monitor customer portal to ensure that information is correct
  • Responsible for supporting in achieving an average of 4.8star TrustPilot reviews
  • Responsible when needed for supporting in business wide and/or team initiatives and projects to improve efficiency, performance, and customer experience
  • Responsible for complaint handling procedures from initial response through to investigation and final response
  • Responsible for supporting in customer retention and customer renewals by providing fantastic, proactive customer experience
  • Responsible for supporting with operational and administrative duties
Skills/Experience

  • Previous experience in a fast paced customer service or sales administration role
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Fantastic customer service skills
  • Analytical
  • Able to work to tight deadlines
