The Role:
Your day-to-day responsibilities as an Engineering Team Leader will include:Reporting to the Site Manager/Supervisor, the Team Leader will support managerial duties and ensure that our client provides a fully functional automation system for our exceptional customer service.
This is a critical role, and the Team Leader will have experience in leading and coordinating a team of maintenance engineers and carry out hands on maintenance to ensure the plant runs smoothly and efficiently.
Requirements of an Engineering Team LeaderTo be successful in your application as an Engineering Team Leader you must have the following skills or attributes:Must be a qualified engineer (NVQ Level 3 Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent)Must have previous experience working as a Team LeaderYou must be a strong problem solver and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
