    Chief Financial Officer (CFO) - Professional Services (Private Equity-Backed)

    Location:
    Central London (Hybrid)

    Salary - £180,000 - £220,000 plus Bonus & Equity TJ29362 About the Company:
    Finatal are currently working with a leading provider of data services to clients in a wide variety of sectors. They are a dynamic, fast-paced company that has recently been acquired by a private equity firm.

    They are now looking to expand the team and bring on a CFO to help them reach their next level of growth.


    About the Role:
    The business is seeking a highly skilled and experienced CFO to join our team.

    The CFO will be responsible for the overall financial strategy of the company and will play a key role in driving the growth and success of the business.

    The CFO will work closely with the private equity ownership team to develop financial plans and strategies that support the company's goals and objectives, and provide financial insights to support decision-making.


    Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement financial strategies and plans that support the company's goals and objectivesDrive the companies ambitious buy-&-build agendaOversee the preparation of financial statements and reportsManage the budgeting and forecasting processAnalyse financial data and make recommendations for improvementDevelop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, lenders, and financial institutionsEnsure compliance with all financial regulations and lawsLead and manage the finance teamWork closely with the private equity ownership team to drive the company's growth and successSupport the private equity ownership team in the execution of strategic initiativesProvide financial insights to support decision-makingQualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance or accountingMinimum of 10 years of experience in a financial leadership roleStrong understanding of financial and accounting principlesExperience in a professional services environment is a plusExperience working with private equity-backed companies is a plusStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Excel and financial modellingStrong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environmentWe offer a competitive salary, comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to be part of a growing and successful company.
