Due to fantastic organic growth over the last 12 months, MHR Global are looking for talented, ambitious individuals to join our Business Development team and become a key part in future growth.

As a member of the team, you will be helping to generate newleads, manage targeted telemarketing campaigns and in turn create sales.


  • Record new leads and maintain the CRM Salesforce database
  • Work calling campaigns within an allocated timeframe
  • Follow up on incoming activity from our website to support lead generation
  • Ensure relevant sales activities are recorded accurately for future references
  • Attend training provided to enhance performance

Key Skills

  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Successfully hitting KPI's each month to ensure targets are hit
  • Time management, planning, teamwork, good work ethic and organisational skills are a must
  • High energy with a 'can do' attitude
  • Ability to build and keep up relationships within the organisation
  • A good approach to daily activity planning, setting goals, and achieving results as well as documenting all activity in Salesforce
