Working within the HR shared service team you will be responsible for providing administration and operational support to our employees across UK & Ireland, as well as supporting the internal HR teams.

You will collaborate and support other team members in a fast paced, agile, and high-volume area.


You will

  • Handle all frontline employee queries effectively, responding in a timely manner and providing excellent levels of customer service
  • Be involved in many tasks such as onboarding, right to work checks, filing, employees' general queries, contract amendments, tracking sickness, processing secondments/sabbaticals/additional payments & rewards.
  • Liaise with the Talent Acquisition team and HR Business Partners to produce new starter contracts, following up employment references, confirming start dates and ensuring that all paperwork is received back from new recruit
  • Initiate new starter onboarding process ensuring all paperwork is received and processed in a timely manner
  • Track all starters, leavers, transfers and promotions and ensure that all internal systems are updated and relevant administration processes are completed
  • Manage workflows of all monthly payroll information into HR information system (HRIS)
  • Take responsibility for auditing all HR systems ensuring information is accurate and uptodate.
  • Manage and update administration around all types of leave e.g. maternity leave, paternity leave
  • Produce salary review and bonus letters for yearend salary review process
  • Provide general administrative support for all HR processes including performance and pay reviews, maintenance of staff remuneration records, sickness and absence monitoring etc.
