Contracts/Project Manager, West Midlands, Basic up to £40k + Car Allowance + Company Pension + Bonus

Applications are welcomed from experienced individuals based outside of the Midlands region as the company do have Agile working, although you must be willing/able to attend the office a couple of times a week for meetings etc.


This established and successful company has built a solid reputation within the Shopfitting Industry for their quality of service from start to finish.

They now have an opening for an additional Contracts/Project Manager to join them and become responsible for maintaining/developing assigned projects covering all internal and external elements of the role, including achieving sales profit.


Key Responsibilities:
*Delivery each assigned project on time and within budget and scope.
*Co-ordinate all personnel/resources required the project, in order to meet all set objectives and customer expectations
*Establish/develop positive relationships with key stakeholders in assigned customer accounts
*Lead solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while co-ordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
*Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
*Develop project scope/objectives and ensure technical feasibility and use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
*Develop a detailed project plan to track progress (CPP)
*Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
*Perform risk management to minimize project risks including all site Health & Safety
*Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors
*Ensure projects are delivered on-time, within scope and budget
*Maintains high customer satisfaction ratings that meet company standards

  • Ensure Company policies and procedures are followed and respected with regards to your Employment, Health and Safety practices, Quality Systems and the Environment at all times.

Requirements:

*Held similar role within the Shopfitting, Fixtures or allied marketplace
*Budgeting and analysis experience
*Willingness to participate in any relevant training as identified as being required by the Company

This position requires extensive travel and out of hours work which is industry standard.
