    Interim L&D Lead – Birmingham

    £70-90k p/a – 6 month FTC

    The Company

    My client are an established education recruitment agency based in the heart of Birmingham and are looking for an experienced senior L&D professional to support them with the development of multiple programmes focused at developing both consultants and leaders within the business.

    They are looking to complete the creation of an enablement programme for all current and new consultants in the business which will further enable their ability to perform at a high level consistently, whilst also looking to develop a new management pathway for consultants to aspire towards as the business grows.

    Exciting Bits

    • Work directly with the CEO and Sales Director to continue and complete the work they have input into these projects
    • Scale the L&D function to a new level across multiple facets
    • Opportunity for the role to become permanent with more of a HR/People capacity needed long-term

    What we are looking for

    • A seasoned L&D professional with multiple experiences of building programmes to enable both consultants, billing managers and leaders in their growth journeys.
    • Someone who can work independently and take the initiative to lead these programmes with confidence in their ability to finish the projects within 6 months.
    • Able to work in their Birmingham office 3-4 days a week.

    Please note that candidates without the prerequisite L&D experience (gained within the recruitment sector), will not be considered for the role.
