An enhanced DBS and Barred List check will be required.The Key responsibilities for the HR Advisor role are:
Maintaining regulatory compliance and safer recruitment practice
Working collaboratively to define and refine HR procedures and processes
Overseeing the maintenance of HR information and processing data for payroll
The successful candidate for the HR Advisor role is someone with the following:
CIPD qualified to at least Level 3
Experienced in an HR generalist role, preferably within a regulated environment
Previous experience in HR with at least 2 years minimum
Strong computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, HRIS, and Applicant Tracking Systems.
