Baird and Co Recruitment, a specialist Social Housing recruitment firm, are working in partnership with a London-based Social Housing business seeking a Senior Partnership Officer.
This is a hybrid-based role, and you'd need to be available to work between London and home.The Senior Partnership Officer must be able to work collaboratively with senior members in Finance, Assets, and Supported Housing.
The Senior Partnership Officer will be expected to:
- Build and maintain relationships with housing providers and counterparties
- Manage relationships with all counterparties, including care providers, developing a detailed understanding of operational performance
- Utilise problemsolving skills to be able to interact with a range of counterparties with the tenacity to secure the information and data that is required as well as resolve any challenges
- Showcase a proven ability to work with housing providers, care partners, and thirdparty stakeholders to ensure optimum performance of assets is essential
- Update IT systems, spreadsheets, and reports accordingly and in a timely manner
- Monitor occupation of new properties within the portfolios to ensure it progresses to plan and in accordance with onboarding fees
- Liaise with approved providers to obtain monthly reports and financial statements
- Insightful analysis of all approved providers' operational and financial reporting
- Review care providers' SLA / NOMS agreements with housing providers and proactively support any agreements expiring
- Direct operational and financial experience in a carebased / supported housing organisation
- Numeracy skills with an ability to examine financial accounts and business plans
- Ability to summarise and concisely present information to identify key issues and management priorities
- Interpersonal skills to be able to interact with a range of counterparties with the tenacity to secure the information and data that is required as well as resolve any challenges
- Problemsolving and negotiation skills

£50,000.00-£60,000.00 per year
