    Located Remotely? Relocation? The Manager, Learning & Development Operations supports the Sr Manager in overseeing the implementation of Luxury brand training and development initiatives.

    They support all Brands with Brand Culture, ensuring that Brand Culture Champions are trained and that Brand training is completed in all Brands.

    They ensure operational efficiency, manage logistics, and support strategic planning for various training programs.
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    ~4+ years of experience in learning and development, preferably in luxury brand training.
    ~ Experience in coordinating training logistics and operations.
    ~ Familiarity with regional nuances and adaptability of training programs.
    ~ Ability to travel as needed.
    ~ Spoken Italian or Spanish is a preference.

    Oversee end-to-end operational aspects of Luxury brand training programs in collaboration with property teams, ensuring seamless execution and adherence to standards.

    Maintain a current list of Brand Champions and ensuring that Brand Standards are met – for all Brands including Luxury, Premium and Select.

    Collaborate closely with the Pre-Opening L&D Team to facilitate and execute comprehensive Brand Training for Luxury, Premium and Select Brands, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and brand standards.

    Actively contribute to the development and maintenance of the annual luxury brand training calendar, overseeing its promotion and communication to properties, optimizing training attendance and engagement.

    Support the Senior Manager in meticulously tracking and analyzing key performance indicators related to training effectiveness, preparing comprehensive reports and actionable insights.

    Assist the Senior Manager in providing valuable operational insights to suggest enhancements and adaptations to the training curriculum as per regional and property-specific requirements.

    Collaborate effectively with the L&D Delivery and Operations Team, extending support and expertise as necessary to streamline operations and improve training efficiency.

    Work closely with global brand L&D team to generate brand training completion reports and ensure effective follow up with properties.
