One Property Recruitment has been instructed on an exciting opportunity for someone with entry level finance experience within the property industry My client is a leading residential managing agent who specialise within the leasehold sector and are known for their strong relationships with leading London based developers.

As an Operations Executive, you will be supporting the Operations team in the day-to-day customer service deliverance across developments in line with agreed SLAs.

This is an excellent opportunity to kick start your career in the property industry with a hugely dynamic and forward-thinking managing agent.

Your core duties will include:

Dealing with any leaseholder or contractor financial queries
Providing support on contract management, ensuring contracts are processed accurately using the property management system
Providing support to ensure appropriate risk management actions are up to date on the system, actioned and resolved on the system.

This role would suit someone who enjoys working as part of a friendly and highly responsive team.

Knowledge of and experience working with service charge from a credit control perspective would be beneficial for this role, as well as excellent organisation skills and being customer service driven.

I am looking for the following experience/attributes:

At least 2 years' experience within property management or a similar role
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ideally a basic understanding of service charge
Hunger to learn and progress
