    Are you an experienced Facilities Coordinator looking to work on a complex facility and improve the efficiency of a busy industrial site?


    Ford & Stanley - The Rail Recruitment Experts are recruiting a Facilities Coordinator for a leading train maintenance depot that has rich history and has continuously been adapting to the challenges of the modern times.


    The Facilities Coordinator will have the opportunity to work alongside the Facilities Manager, being responsible for day to day maintenance, development and improvement of the site.

    This is an exciting role for someone looking to excel their career in a dynamic environment and you will look to develop key, long term relationships with some of the biggest names in the Rolling Stock industry.

    Dealing with external contractors and suppliers to fulfil maintenance schedules and ensure the site remains Health and safety compliant.
    Liasing with shop-floor staff and management teams to highlight areas of improvement.
    Raising Purchase Orders, uploading legal compliance and use of internal systems incl. SAP and Microsoft Packages (Word & Excel).

    Previous Facilities Coordinator experience.
    IT Literate and efficient with Microsoft Packages (Word, Excel etc.)

    Previous experience working in a Mechanical/Electrical background

    Facilities Manager, Facilities Engineer, Maintenance Manager, Facilities Supervisor
