    Overview of the role

    Are you passionate about sports, travel, and creating unforgettable experiences? Do you thrive in a dynamic sales environment, building relationships and closing deals? If so, we want you to join the team as a Sales Executive

    You will be tasked to work with the team to deliver the sales targets for Travel, Memberships, Commercial Partnerships and Events. You will have the ability to grow quickly with a rapid growth company working in the sports industry. The sales targets will be on a project by project basis inorder to deliver on the wider growth of the brand. You will be tasked with prospecting, outbound calls and building a sales pipeline for the various revenue lines.

    As a Sales Executive, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide unparalleled travel experiences, unforgettable events, and high-value commercial partnerships. You will be responsible for both B2C and B2B sales, engaging with individual cricket fans, corporate clients, and potential partners to drive revenue growth and expand our global reach.

    Key Responsibilities

    Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets for travel packages, memberships, events, and commercial partnerships.

    Identify and cultivate relationships with potential B2C customers, including cricket fans and travel enthusiasts, to drive ticket sales and travel package bookings.

    Prospect, pitch, and close B2B partnerships with corporate clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders to secure mutually beneficial commercial agreements.

    Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to develop compelling sales collateral, promotional campaigns, and customer experiences.

    Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-event follow-up, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities to refine sales strategies and maximise revenue potential continuously. Requirements

    Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the travel, events, or sports industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers at all levels.

    Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify and capitalise on revenue opportunities.

    Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the drive and resilience to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. -

    Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings, events, and promotional activities.

    Passion for cricket and a genuine desire to deliver exceptional experiences for members and partners.
