Cogent Staffing is Yorkshire's premier recruitment provider supplying Industrial, Technical and Manufacturing candidates to the engineering, FMCG, fresh produce and industrial sectors on a Temporary, Permanent or Contract basis.
Cogent Staffing are keen to develop the perms recruitment side of the business and are seeking a candidate who can work with us to build a perms division.
We are a company open to ideas and encourage any observed areas to be improved upon and new strategies to be implemented.
You will be joining the company at a time when we do not have a designated "Perm Division", although we work with and supply staffing support, including permanent placements, to upwards of 100 clients, it is crucial to know you will be required to generate and manage new business.
