    The Successful candidate will have a great knowledge of the European CTV ecosystem and understand how the TV, CTV and VOD market works. What agencies and clients expect regarding rebates and delivery and crucially Yield levels.

    Our client is a leading CTV company and publisher specializing in Connected TV (CTV) advertising solutions. They are committed to delivering high-quality, targeted advertising experiences to their clients while maximizing revenue opportunities for publishers and content providers.

    Position Overview:

    They are seeking a talented and experienced CTV Strategic Yield Partner with a strong background in both audiovisual (AV) and digital advertising. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the yield with their CTV partners, agencies and clients. Optimising yield, and maximizing revenue opportunities across their CTV advertising inventory.

    Key Responsibilities:

    -Develop and maintain strong relationships with sales, ops, analytics and finance,

    -Implement and optimize yield management strategies to maximize revenue and fill rates across CTV inventory.

    -Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CTV advertising revenue, including CPMs, fill rates, and overall inventory health.

    -Collaborate with internal teams, including Ad Operations, Sales, and Analytics, to drive revenue growth and identify new monetization opportunities.

    -Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in CTV advertising and digital media.

    -Provide regular performance reports and insights to internal stakeholders and external partners.

    -Proactively identify and address issues related to ad serving, ad quality, and inventory management.

    Qualifications:

    -Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.

    -6+ years of experience in digital advertising, with a focus on CTV or OTT (Over-the-Top) advertising preferred.

    -Demonstrated experience in yield management, ad operations, or revenue optimization within the digital media industry.

    -Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.

    -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.

    Knowledge of programmatic advertising ecosystem and familiarity with DSPs, SSPs, and ad exchanges is a plus.

    -Understanding of ad verification and brand safety best practices in CTV advertising.
