- Oversee and manage all aspects of the smooth operation of the clinic.
- Lead, develop, and manage the clinic and a team.
- Mentor, train, and supervise team members as needed.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve goals and objectives.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to ensure operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct client consultation, recommend treatment plans with products to enhance client well-being and aftercare.
- Must have experience managing a cosmetic surgery/aesthetic clinic.
- Must be professional, reliable and organised.
- Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a team player.
- Outstanding presentation, leadership skills and communication skills.
- A confident, friendly, and professional personality.
- CQC knowledge (desirable)
- Experience managing diaries.
