Description

A new and exciting position has arisen for a dynamic and progressive Financial Controller to join a well-established recruitment business.

Reporting to the FD, you will be responsible for taking ownership of the Finance team and be able to work in a high-volume,fast-paced setting.

This is a hands-on role with responsibility for the day-to-day financial operations


Duties:


  • Manage, lead and motivate a fastpaced finance function
  • Produce management accounts to present to the FD
  • Year & Month End accounts preparation for audit
  • Provide Cash Flow reports
  • Manage the Credit Control team
  • Consistently provide ideas on process improvements
  • Support the FD with rolling forecast and budget setting and analysis.
  • Lead on all HMRC submissions

About you

  • Must be a Qualified Accountant
  • Able to work in a fastpaced accounts environment
  • Need to have an enthusiastic attitude and drive to get things done
  • Posses strong communication and leadership skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience working in the recruitment industry not essential
