- Conducting site surveys before the project commences.
- Implementing detailed tasks in alignment with the contract drawings, consistently conducting checks at regular intervals.
- Verifying the accuracy of plans, drawings, and quantities.
- Ensuring adherence to quality control standards and documenting compliance with client specifications.
- Offering engineering assistance to address any technical issues that may arise.
- Facilitating the timely handover of completed works and quality records, with no outstanding defects,
- Assisting in resolving unexpected technical difficulties and other issues that may emerge.
- Valid CSCS card.
- SMSTS (preferred)
- Proven experience of managing a groundworks package
- Proven experience of Setting Out
- Knowledge of autoCAD and robotics
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for motivating, supporting, and managing a team to ensure that the project is delivered on time and to a high standard.
