As the Automation Test Manager at this insurer you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products.

You will lead a team of automation test engineers and collaborate closely with software developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to drive the implementation and execution of automated testing strategies.

You'll be responsible for Lead the design, development, and implementation of automated testing frameworks and processes.
Define test strategies, test plans, and test cases to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
Manage and mentor a team of automation test engineers, providing guidance and support in test automation best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
Conduct regular reviews of test automation code and provide feedback for improvement.
Stay updated on industry best practices, tools, and technologies related to test automation.
Analyze test results and work closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards related to software testing and quality assurance.


Requirements:

Proven experience in software quality assurance and test automation, preferably in the insurance or financial services industry.
Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, and best practices.

Proficiency in Azure or other Cloud-based TechnologiesExcellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Experience managing and mentoring a team of automation test engineers.
Detail-oriented with a passion for ensuring product quality and customer satisfaction.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment.
