My client is a global financial services firm with a very strong technology slant and they are looking to recruit a tech lawyer to join their team. The role will take the lead on their technology side including all areas of AI and tech projects but the role will also give more breadth to include areas like corporate, commercial and regulatory.

They are a truly global business with a footprint across all continents and can offer really exiting work. This role will join an established team with an opportunity to take ownership of a variety of areas.

The business sits in that sweet spot between financial services and tech (without the uncertainty that comes from joining a small fintech start up. This means you get the really exciting tech work with the higher salary potential of a financial services firm.

They are ideally looking for a technology lawyer with an interest in financial services and the payments world.

You will have the opportunity to cover a variety of cutting edge technology projects while rounding out your experience with the other areas listed above. This will provide a great platform for an in house career.

They are looking for a UK qualified Solicitor either direct out of private practice or another similar firm. If moving from another in house role it will ideally be another financial services business or a large technology business. The ideal profile is somewhere between 1 to 8 years PQE.

The work is of very high calibre and the culture is friendly and supportive.
