- Carry out reactive repairs and scheduled maintenance to the building fabric and fittings.
- Provide progress updates and feedback in a timely manner via the helpdesk.
- Carry out compliance activities, including fire alarm testing, fire drills, water systems management, ladder checks etc. (full training will be provided).
- Escalate areas of concern to the maintenance team leader.
- Attend all relevant training.
- Coordinate with contractors as required to deliver works around the estate.
- Use appropriate PPE for the work being undertaken and work within H&S guidance.What we are looking for:
