£35,000 - £40,000 pa

We are recruiting an experienced Operations Manager to join a successful company based in the Leicester area.

This role will see you leading a small team and oversee the commercial operations of the business, ensuring that strategy is delivered on time and in budget.

Duties and responsibilities:

Provide an accurate business forecast ensuring that profit is made
Assist with business development and customer account management
Coach and support team members
Ensure all areas of compliance are monitored
Previous experience in a similar Operations Management role, ideally with proven experience in either sales or customer service
High level of organisation with good attention to detail
Strong IT skills
Good problemsolving skills
