  • Build a rapport/relationship with existing and lapsed clients to help promote repeat business.
  • Work with customers to support their learning process and progress.
  • Have a great understanding of the local labour market and be able to utilise this knowledge to further the aims of the programme.
  • Work in partnership with customers to promote behaviours associated with their work to optimise experience of the placement.
  • Undertake Health and Safety assessments and update all health and safety information for placements, and work closely with the client/host to ensure suitability of all placements.

About You:

  • Extensive knowledge of the labour market and the recruitment industry.
  • To work well in a highpressure environment and be able to confidently complete own workload.
  • Must have a flexible approach to work, including willingness to travel and work occasional unsociable hours.

Requirements:

  • Experience working with KPI's and Targets within a sales environment.
  • Must have sales experience and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of the recruitment process with securing vacancies/placements.
  • Be confident enough to contact the decision maker and identifying business opportunities.
GC aims to promote a culture of flexibility and agile working.

Going forward we will be transitioning to a culture where full agile working will be a feature of many of our roles.

We also recognise that there may be a need for more permanent flexibility in your working arrangements and in such cases, we encourage you to have these discussions at the interview stage, to enable your flexible working request to be considered as early as possible.
