Merkle are a global digital marketing agency, providing best in class Paid Search (PPC), Paid Social and Programmatic (Display) for some of the biggest and best advertisers in the UK such as Hilton, Burberry and Tesco.


We're looking for 10 logical thinking, passionate and talented graduates to take their first step in the world of digital marketing.

We've got roles open in each of our marketing channels, and provide comprehensive training to ensure you become experts in your chosen field.

Following training, you'll rapidly build a portfolio of clients that vary by size and industry, helping them meet their business goals, coming up with new and exciting strategies and reporting performance back to your client contacts.


Job Description:


We've got opportunities available in the following teams:

Paid Social
  • Assessment Centre
- 10th Jan - Start date TBC


  • Paid Social sees advertisers targeting relevant audiences across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok and Snapchat with engaging ad formats.
  • The day to day involves: Identifying the right platform for your client, implementing campaigns, measuring performance and budget, working with clients to report results and keeping them at the forefront of the market through new innovative ideas.

The Interview Process

  • Assessment Centre
  • Hosted in our London office on the 6th of December, consisting of a structured interview, short individual presentation, as well as a group exercise.

Qualifications:


Qualifications (What we are looking for in you)

  • Passion for a career in digital marketing, and the desire to become an expert through training.
  • Strong logic, reasoning and data analysis skills.
  • The ability to work autonomously but also as part of a wider team.
  • A keen eye for detail and strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The right to live and work in the UK.
