Description

This is a key and highly valued role in the Volunteering and Community Services (V&CS) team. The post holder will be required to provide administrative support to the Volunteering and Community Services department.

This role is responsible for completing and co-ordinating a variety of tasks and requires excellent organisational skills with the ability to multi-task.

Be the first point of contact for all enquiries to the Volunteering & Community Services department.
Maintain and keep uptodate the computerised Volunteer & Community Services and Defibrillator databases and the electronic based Personal Files and Training Files.
Undertake clerical duties that involve; Photocopying, Data entry, filing, laminating, printing and shredding of confidential information.
Ordering and maintaining stock levels, for the department, ensuring the department operates efficiently. Post holder will use Oracle for ordering and receipting.
When estate and/or vehicle faults are raised or identified ensure that these are passed to the correct departments to be acted on promptly.
