Search Consultancy are exclusively working in partnership with a high growth Business who are now market leaders in their field.

This is a fantastic role for a commercial finance leader to lead on driving business performance. You will lead on pricing, cost control and driving strategic plans in collaboration with executives.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with the leadership team to drive the best return on all sales
Develop models to scenario plan sales approach based on potential market outlooks
Modelling most profitable channels to sell stock
Work with the sales and operations Directors to drive business performance,
Day to day line management and coaching for talented team ensuring a clear set of targets are communicated and regular reviews are implemented to aid business performance.

Key Skills

Qualified accountant
Strong leadership, influencing and coaching skills and the ability to challenge and impact at a senior level
Strong commercial awareness and business understanding of the strategic drivers of success
Able to build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with various stakeholders
Able to manipulate, and manage large sets of data, and assimilate into incisive analysis for senior management
