My client are an engineering and manufacturing heavyweight. They are now seeking an established procurement professional to spearhead their global energy sector towards best-in-class.
You will ideally work from their prestigious headquarters based in the West Midlands for 1-2 days a week (or as many as you prefer).
As Commodity Procurement Manager, you will develop innovative regional/global category strategies to improve and streamline their procurement processes to meet and grow customer demand.
Revolutionize their renewable energy approach with cutting-edge procurement strategies tailored for your global plants, collaborating closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless alignment with your vision.
Unlock opportunities for expansion and optimization across all plants worldwide.Uncover substantial cost-saving prospects throughout your operations and Technology Centres.
Take charge of negotiations and tenders with both new and existing suppliers to drive maximum commercial advantage, elevating the business to new heights.
Proven expertise in energy project finance, power trading, and energy procurement (including Virtual and regular Power Purchase Agreements).A demonstrable ability to develop and maintain relationship with stakeholders and those at executive level.
