- Managing the onboarding process for new employees, from issuing welcome communications to making arrangements for a seamless onboarding experience
- Providing top-notch support to existing employees, handling their requests related to Terms & Conditions, employment details, any other changes that may occur during their employment with Balfour Beatty;
- Being a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for employees who have questions, whether by phone or in person
- Managing all administrative tasks related to an employees life cycle
- Maintaining accurate data in our HR systems, specifically Oracle R12
- Collaborating closely with our shared services and centers of excellence to provide the best service
- Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of our HR provision.
- You will need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A-C including Maths and English
- You have a HR-related academic background and a willingness to learn on the job, even if you don't have much work experience yet.
