    About the role

    Become Part of the Next Generation of Apprentices at Balfour Beatty Are you looking to start your career after your studies?     What you'll be doing

  • Managing the onboarding process for new employees, from issuing welcome communications to making arrangements for a seamless onboarding experience
  • Providing top-notch support to existing employees, handling their requests related to Terms & Conditions, employment details, any other changes that may occur during their employment with Balfour Beatty;
  • Being a knowledgeable and approachable point of contact for employees who have questions, whether by phone or in person
  • Managing all administrative tasks related to an employees life cycle
  • Maintaining accurate data in our HR systems, specifically Oracle R12
  • Collaborating closely with our shared services and centers of excellence to provide the best service
  • Contributing to projects and continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the effectiveness and quality of our HR provision.
  • Who we're looking for

  • You will need a minimum of five GCSEs at grades 9-4 or A-C including Maths and English
  • You have a HR-related academic background and a willingness to learn on the job, even if you don't have much work experience yet.
