Are you a highly organised and reliable Personal Assistant? Are you looking for a new challenge?


We are seeking a responsible and reliable full time PA to our Partners to take on a fixed term contract.

The role will suit someone who has experience of a similar PA/EA role, ideally from a professional services background.

We are looking for a supportive and flexible individual who is willing to go the extra mile to get the job done, and someone who will fit in well with the team.

The PA to Partners will be responsible for supporting a number of Partners.

They will need to be able to provide out of hours support due to the international nature of the work and highly competent in diary management.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Organising extensive travel arrangements, including international and last minute requirements for flights, trains, taxis and hotel bookings, plus preparing travel visas
  • Managing diaries and taking control of appointments, internal and external meetings and travel
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings
  • Processing weekly partner timesheets
  • Taking ownership over the full life cycle of corporate and internal events in liaison with the Marketing Manager
  • Booking conference calls, lunches, and other meetings
  • Keeping on top of tasks and deadlines, and following up appropriately
  • Processing and managing monthly expenses
  • Continuously showing initiative and enthusiasm, thinking of new ways to improve the running of the support

Required Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience from holding a similar role previously, ideally 2 years+
  • Exceptional phone manner and commercial acumen
  • Strong typing and diary management skills
  • Willing to take on tasks beyond the daily expectations of the role and get involved across all aspects of the business
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Professional demeanour and strong communication skills, both written and oral
  • Willing and able to cover reception duties from time to time
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to prioritise and organise workload
  • Experience in dealing with highly private and confidential material
  • Accurate with a keen eye for detail
