    This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, proactive, and passionate marketeer to work as part of a fast-growing Client Services Team at ITG. Team ITG are responsible for delivering all multi-channel strategy, creative and activation for a range of blue chip B2C brands - including Coop, Dixons, Macmillan, Whitbread, KFC and many more.

    We're looking for an experienced, hands-on Creative Account Director with a strong agency marketing background, who is excited to be able to contribute to the success of delivering multi-channel campaigns.

    As part of your role, you will take a client brief and translate it into a thorough and insightful brief for our creative teams. Work with and develop relationships with our planning, scheduling, and design teams to ensure we get the best work out. You will (with instinct and insight) be able to assess the creative to know whether it is on brief and right for client. But most of all, you will have a passion for creative and love this part of your job.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Leading and developing an account - working directly in partnership with a client.
    • Managing client photographic and videography briefs, from concept through to delivery.
    • Working with and developing relationships with our scheduling and design teams to ensure we get the best work out.
    • With instinct and insight be able to assess the creative to know whether it is on brief and right for client.
    • Working with a team of expert planners, strategists, and insight specialists - you will want to have a point of view and add value to the delivery of all marketing plans and activation.
    • Confidently deliver multichannel campaigns - with a good understanding of both traditional and digital channels. We're looking for someone who puts the customer need to the forefront, maximising the messaging and creative assets at each touchpoint.
    • Enjoy being part of an all-agency rostered team, contribute to all agency sessions, deliver amazing client services and build excellent relationships.
    • Impeccable project management skills, ensuring projects and the account hit budget and key client timing.
    Requirements

    • Ideally, you have a background in a creative agency or have worked in a client-side marketing role or a combination of both, with 4-5 years of experience.
    • Experience in both B2B and B2C is preferred, but experience in B2C is a must.
    • Having retail experience is vital, and experience within the energy sector is advantageous.
    • You should have a customer-focused background, where you prioritise service and put the customer at the heart of everything you do.
    • Excellent project management and organisational skills are a must.
    • It is preferable if you have experience in managing teams.
    • You should have good problem-solving skills, especially under pressure.
    • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
    • Being highly numerate and commercially aware is important.
    • You should be computer literate and familiar with Keynote, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
    • You should be self-motivated and able to set your own agenda, effectively manage conflicting priorities.
    • You should be able to effectively manage both internal and external stakeholders.
    • You should inspire and engage your internal colleagues at all times to bring out the best in them.
    • Having a service-oriented mentality and placing the customer at the centre of everything you do is essential.
    • You should have a commercial mindset to maximise profits for ITG.
    • You should have a drive to identify and pursue service opportunities within the client for ITG.
