    As a Veterinary Nurse at this clinic, you will have a vital role in providing personalized care and ensuring the welfare of cherished pets.

    Responsibilities:

    • Assisting veterinarians during consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures.
    • Monitoring and caring for small animal patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    • Administering medications and treatments as prescribed.
    • Conducting health checks and maintaining detailed medical records.
    • Providing compassionate support to pet owners, addressing their concerns, and offering post-operative care advice.
    • Assisting with diagnostic imaging, laboratory tests, and sample collection.
    • Ensuring compliance with health and safety protocols and maintaining clinic cleanliness.

    Requirements:

    • Must be a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) with active RCVS registration.
    • Prior experience in a small animal clinic or similar setting.
    • Proficient in nursing skills such as catheter placement and bandaging.
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to empathize with pet owners.
    • Team player with adaptability to a fast-paced environment.
    • Committed to delivering exceptional care to furry patients and their owners.
