    Description

    Are you a highly experienced mechanical maintenance engineer? Look no further. I have a fantastic opportunity to work for a direct client on a static commercial contract in Lewisham. My client are looking to speak with time-served mechanical bias engineers with a building services background. This role is looking after 2 buildings and candidates MUST have a UK driving licence

    Salary Range:

    £45k + Overtime

    Mon to Fri Days Only

    Looking after 2 sites in close proximity - vehicle provided

    Duties

    1. Standard mechanical PPMs
    2. Reactive maintenance
    3. AHUs/FCUs - cleaning filters/changing filters, cleaning coils, mechanical seals, belt changes
    4. VAVs
    5. Sprinkler Testing
    6. High-Pressure Pumps
    7. Steam Boilers
    8. Mechanical Seals
    9. Water Treatment
    10. Reactive Plumbing
    11. Motors
    12. Liaising/directing subcontractors around site
    13. Report writing - completing logbooks

    Requirements

    1. C&G/NVQ in mechanical engineering/marine engineering
    2. Previous building services/marine maintenance experience
    3. Technically minded
    4. Career driven
    5. Full UK Drivers Licence
