    • Hours: Full time role working 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday
    • Salary: £28,500 per annum + mileage expenses, annual bonus scheme & enhanced benefits package

    About the role

    Our Regional Property & Facilities Assistants (internally called Roving Lifehosts) provide onsite support across a portfolio of stunning later living developments. You'll provide cover for our site based Lifehosts and ensuring a consistent approach to Health & Safety, Compliance and Customer Engagement in their absence.

    Our Lifehosts are the key interface between our homeowners and renters and Lifestory Group, focusing on providing great customer service whilst ensuring the Health & Safety requirements of each development are met.

    This is a varied, rewarding role and your typical responsibilities will include:

    • Developing a technical knowledge of our systems and processes and carry out scheduled tests and checks ensuring our buildings, communal areas, gardens and grounds are maintained to the highest standards
    • Regular checks include fire alarm testing, water flushing and emergency light testing
    • Facilitation of external contractors and visitors to site
    • Support residents during their move in and settling-in process and build great relationships with our residents and their families
    • General customer service and being the point of contact for our owners and tenants whilst working on-site
    • Whilst on site you'll support and facilitate a range of regular social events in consultation with residents

    About you

    You'll have property / facilities related experience and will be able to confidently work independently covering a portfolio of developments, a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential as this role includes frequent travel across the region.

    Key skills we are looking for include:

    • Experience of facilities / property management and a knowledge of Health & safety
    • Professional and highly organised
    • Proactive approach and can-do attitude
    • In-person customer service experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to use initiative and work independently
    • Strong IT skills - knowledge of Google Workspace is advantage

    Location wise we are happy to consider applicants who live within reasonable commuting distance of our developments in Bourne End, Woking, High Wycombe and Hartley Witney and are happy with frequent travel. You will also provide occasional support to developments in Sandhurst, Wokingham and West Byfleet.

    Please note this position is subject to an enhanced DBS check.
