Join us and start building tomorrow's world todayJob DescriptionWhat will you be doing?As a Field Service Software Implementation Project Manager, you will join the Middlesborough team to support our activities within the Renewable Energy sector.

Your main responsibilities will be:
Overseeing the use and implementation of a field service tool for the commissioning of a large-scale energy project.

Ensuring greater visibility on the project by managing details related to people, tasks, requirements, productivity, quality, costs and software inputs/outputs.

Collaborating with the team to address gaps in the implementation and use of the field service tool, including improving reporting, enhancing visibility for management, optimising user input experience or efficiency and resolving software issues.

Extracting and presenting relevant data to high level stakeholders in various formats.
Providing IT technical support, including trainings, IT assistance, aiming to set up self-sustaining training procedures.

Who are we looking for?We are seeking a highly motivated individual with:

An IT background or engineering degree with exposure to Enterprise software implementation projectsStrong interpersonal skills, including excellent communication, anticipation, proactivity and teamwork abilities.

The ability to step up into a Project Management role and manage tasks with attention to detail.
Experience in software integrations or deployment, preferably for CRM, ERP or Field service applications.

Proficiency in tools such as ServiceMAX, Oracle or Salesforce, with the ability to understand and improve back-end and front-end components and drive actions for a team of developers to improve the toolYou are...

Passionate about EngineeringResult-OrientedProactiveQualificationsExperience, skills and qualifications required:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT implementation related roles or direct involvement on a similar role.
Strong understanding of software mechanisms and experience in improving user experience (UX).Excellent data manipulation and visualization skills.
Ability as a trainer and IT support on software tools.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure.
